A donation from the founder Ron Ringsrud has given Clayhands office space in three rooms of his large home in downtown Bogotá. Four blocks from the Presidential Palace and three blocks from Plaza Bolivar we have planning tables, meetings, and a kitchen. Visitors to Clayhands can also take advantage of the neighborhood where the offices are located; called La Candelaria. It is one of Bogotá’s special attractions with both the Botero Museum and the Gold Museum within walking distance. Galeries, fine restaurants and street theater are there in abundance as well.

Volunteers come for orientation before going out to assist in projects in rural areas.

Clayhands stages lectures about earth building techniques here in this room.
